Returns/Refund Policies:

    Here at Hataw.PH we value our customers as an integral part of our marketplace so we created these returns and refund policy for your maximum satisfaction.

Is your order haven’t arrived 7 days after the longest delivery date generated by our system and the delivery address is within Metro Manila?

    Worry not, just give us a call back or an email and we will immediately refund the product for you.

The product you received did not match the descriptions from the product you ordered from our website?

    Worry not, give us a call and we will immediately process a return and refund process for you. Please bear in mind though that you must initially shoulder the ship back of the parcel to the merchant but the shipping fee will be included in the total refund amount.

Refund and Return:

    Here at Hataw.PH we take pride in the quality of the products that we are selling online, thus, we are giving out a hassle free shopping with our Hataw Return and Refund Policy:

1. For any refund/return requests, please contact the merchant first for smoother transaction. If a merchant is unresponsive or does not want to cooperate, please contact our customer excellence team and we will mediate for you.

2. For any external damage you must to report it to us via call or email together with the picture of the actual product, the box of the product, and the parcel packaging and we will investigate on your claim. We will provide feedback to you  within 48-72 hours upon submission of the needed pictures.

3. For any internal or performance damages ( for electronics and appliances) you have 7 days warranty to report the product to us and we would be happy to help you. Kindly send as well a video of the product not working together with images of the box of the product, and the parcel packaging. We will provide feedback to you within 48-72 hours upon submission of the needed videos and pictures.

4. Kindly take note that for your refund request to be processed, you have to ship back the defective or broken product to the address that we will be providing you. We will not be able to process any refund, or replacement until the merchant confirms that the product has been received back by them.

5. You have to initially shoulder the ship back costs. Don’t worry though, we will be including the ship back cost to your overall refund costs.

6. What you cannot return. For health, and sanitary purposes, we will not be allowing any returns or refunds for the following items:

    a. Underwears

    b. Make up products and applicators

    c. Sensual products and toys

    d. Vitamins, Supplements if seal was broken

    e. Any products that has a return reason of “change of mind.”

7. All refunds once approved and processed will go to your Hataw Wallet.

8. In order to protect both our buyers and merchants, any refund, return or replacement request will be thoroughly investigated by our customer excellence team to ensure maximum satisfaction both from our hataw sellers and hataw buyers. In the event that the refund request from the buyer is found to be fraudulent, will practice its mandate not to fulfill the refund request.

How to cash-out my hataw Wallet?

 If you want to cash out the refunded amount, just follow these easy steps:

    Step 1: Go to My Account >> Account Settings >> E-Wallet

    Step 2: Click Withdraw

    Step 3: You have to select the authentication method. You can either select whether our Hataw system (by sending you the security code in your email) or through text messages. Don’t forget the captcha as well!

    Step 4: You can cash out your wallet thru Online Banking.

    Step 5: Fill in all the required information. Please keep in that you have to fill in the fields correctly otherwise your cash out will not push through

    Step 6: Click confirm to submit your request.


If you chose online banking as your method, please keep in mind that your request will be processed within 2-3 banking days.
